New Movies from the World of Comics

Trang chủ » New Movies from the World of Comics

Hi all. After publishing my first blog "World of Comics" I received many comments. I am very grateful to all those who spent their time getting acquainted with it! After reading all the comments, I decided to dedicate my new blog to the world of cinema. More precisely, his incredibly successful alliance with the world of comics. And to be even more precise, not all cinema creations (I’ll leave it for the next blog), but only new ones. It’s no secret that over the last decade, this cohesive work of the two industries has begun to bring very good profits to both, and I think they have just begun to gain momentum. So what awaits us next??

September 24 The American television series created by Joss Whedon premiered. Based on the Marvel comic book of the same name about a worldwide organization fighting super villains, secret organizations and space invaders. Development of the project began in the summer of 2012. Clark Gregg will reprise his role as Phil Coulson, and actress Ming-Na Wen will play Agent Melinda May, a top-notch agent, their base pilot and weapons expert. The remaining regular roles were given to newcomers Elizabeth Henstridge (Agent Jemma Simmons), Ian de Caestecker (Agent Leo Fitz), Brett Dalton (Agent Grant Ward) and the last Chloe Bennet (Skye). Also starring in the series: J. August Richards (Mike Peterson), Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill), David Conrad, Ian Hart, Ruth Negga. On May 10, 2013, ABC TV channel ordered filming of the series for 2013-2014. According to the producers, the budget allocated by the TV channel for filming the series (specific figures were not given) will allow not to save on special effects and action. True, it was not enough to attract the main heroes of “The Avengers” to the project. We can only be pleased with Cobie Smulders in the role of Maria Hill, who will appear in several episodes. The series will feature for the first time characters from the Marvel universe who have not yet had the opportunity to shine on the silver screen, but their names will not be revealed. Unfortunately we can only guess. According to Whedon, the series will be interesting to both fans and people who have not watched “The Avengers.”. This is an independent project, existing separately from the Avengers franchise, but made in its style. This is Joss Whedon’s second time working on the series. He also directed the web series "The Musical Blog of Doctor Horrible". Judging by the ratings of the first episode, the series will not be limited to one season and we can safely say that Joss Whedon has once again directed something gorgeous and promising. If after watching the movie “The Avengers” the shawarma insert wasn’t enough for you and you still have questions about the future fate of the dilapidated city, its inhabitants, alien bodies and their technologies, then this series is for you.

Thor: The Dark World

November 7, 2013 The premiere of the film "Thor 2: The Dark World" will take place. The film will continue the story of the adventures of Thor, the God of Thunder and the Mighty Avenger. This time he fights not only to save the Earth (Midgard), but also to save all nine worlds from Malekith. In ancient times, Malekith the Accursed ruled the race of Dark Elves in one of the nine worlds (Svartalfheim). With the help of magic and a powerful artifact (the Box of Ancient Winters), he dreamed of plunging all worlds into darkness. To prevent Malekith from using the box, the Great All-Father Odin banishes the defeated enemy to another dimension, where he must spend eternity. But now Malekith is freed and neither Alone nor all the power of Asgard will be able to stop his wrath. To save the world, Thor must go on the most risky journey and make a great sacrifice. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. Director: Alan Taylor, writers: Don Payne, Christopher Yost, Christopher Markus. Starring: Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Natalie Portman (Jane Foster), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Stellan Skarsgard (Erik Selvig), Idris Elba (Heimdall), Christopher Eccleston (Malekith the Damned), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Algrim the Strong / Course), Kat Dennings (Darcy Lewis), Ray Stevenson (Volstagg), Zachary Levi (Fandral), Tadanobu Asano (Ogun), Jaimie Alexander (Sif), Rene Russo (Frigga) and Anthony Hopkins (Odin). Initially, Brian Kirk, known for the TV series “Game of Thrones”, “Boardwalk Empire”, “Dexter”, “Luther”, was invited to play the role of director, but he refused due to financial and creative differences with the studio. On November 15, 2013, Patty Jenkins took over the director’s chair, and a month later also declined, citing creative differences. After some discussions, the new (and finally permanent) director was Alan Taylor, known to us from the TV series: “The Sopranos”, “Mad Men”, “Sex and the City”. The troubles didn’t end there.During the work on the film, the script was rewritten twice, and a few days before the end of editing, the actors and crew had to be reassembled to write and film additional scenes involving Loki. While filming the film, Jaimie Alexander (Sif) was injured after slipping in the rain. Due to these complications, the release date had to be postponed from October to November. Filming began on 10 September 2012 and took place in locations including Bourne Wood (Surrey), Domadalur, Skógafoss, Fjaðrárglúfúr and Skájðar (Iceland), and from late October filming took place at Greenwich Hospital in London. Stan Lee will again appear in a cameo role.
